Laser Hair Removal

How many days after my treatment does the hair fall out?

After laser hair removal treatment, the hair in the treated area may appear to continue to grow for several days to weeks. However, this is actually a process called shedding. The treated hair follicles become damaged by the laser, and over time, the hair shaft will shed from the follicle. The time it takes for the hair to shed varies, but it typically happens within 1-3 weeks after the treatment. You can aid the shedding process by gently exfoliating the treated area with a washcloth or loofah. It’s important to avoid plucking or waxing the treated hair during this time, as this can interfere with the shedding process and potentially damage the hair follicle.

Side Note: Not every client will notice the hairs fall out.
